About the Campaign
Why Your Donation Means So Much
Our senior population is often an underserved community, and the pandemic has been especially isolating for our seniors.
Together we can change that!
With the support of your monetary and in-kind donations, the Leadership Sacramento Class of 2022 will be able to help our seniors.
Throughout their lives, our Stanford Settlement community has given so much to the prosperity and growth of greater Sacramento and this is our chance to give back to them and show our appreciation.
Help our Leadership Sacramento Class of 2022 make this vision a reality.

Our Vision
A Wellness Space
The vision of the Stanford Settlement project is to create an outdoor space accessible for all senior visitors and their families. The outdoor areas will offer social spaces for conversation, areas designed for exercise and fitness, gardening, quiet moments, and meditation.
Our vision creates a safe outdoor area for seniors focusing on a design that allows all to participate regardless of mobility limitations including;
- ADA Compliant green spaces and walkways with safety rails
- raised-bed gardens that are accessible while standing
- an outdoor barbeque and kitchen with senior-friendly seating
- the removal of dying trees allowing healthy shade trees to flourish
With your support these enhancements can be achieved…and more!

About Leadership Sacramento

Leadership Sacramento is available to a select group of participants chosen through a competitive application process, hosting monthly day-long sessions and culminating in the completion of a community betterment project.
